You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service. We will not deal with minors.

We try our best to process your orders as quickly and accurately as possible, but sometimes (in our experience, rarely) a purchase or auction request may be missed, whether due to human error, Rakuten Furima site unavailability, computer or network problems, or other flesh-and-blood or electronic glitches. In all cases, we will not be responsible for the missed opportunity to purchase or bid on an item.

We do not certify the authenticity, good condition, or actual availability of any items listed for purchase or auction - that is the responsibility of the seller; the old caveat - Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)! - applies. We will actively follow up with non-delivering sellers on your behalf, but as we are not the seller but only your deputy, you bear the sole risk and possibility of financial loss on any transaction.

Recompensation for damages occurring as a result of our handling after we receive your item from the seller - and in any event - is limited to the amount you paid for the item plus our fees.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any purchase or auction bid request at our discretion.
